   0      1655 hrs.    0.0   0.00   32.5   Snow started at 1655 as flurries but quickly turned into sleet with a little freezing rain.
   1      1800 hrs.    0.1   0.02   31.5   Mainly sleet in the past hour and enough to show up on the surfaces of back streets and the temperature continues to drop.
   2      1900 hrs.    0.2   0.05   30.0   Mainly sleet in the past hour and enough to whiten our street and the temperature continues to drop. But currently the precipitation all but stopped with only a few very light flurries.
   3      2100 hrs.    0.3   0.08   28.3   The temperature has just started to rise and precipitation rate was very light during the last hour; currently the precipitation has become freezing drizzle and very light precip.
   4      2200 hrs.    0.3   0.09   28.6   Light freezing drizzle and temperature is still rising.
   5      2300 hrs.    0.3   0.09   29.0   Precip. ended the past hour and temperature is still on the increase.
   6      2400 hrs.    0.3   0.09   29.6   No Precip. until about 2350 then a very light freezing rain. The temperature continued to rise during the rest of the night and went above the freezing point around 0600 on the 18th and the freezing rain gave an glaze accumulation of only 0.1 inches overnight. We continued with rain for the rest of the day of the 18th giving a total of 0.54 inches of liquid for yesterday and today.
