Northern VA Snow Amts.
If you look closely at Maryland you will see snow depths to 35 inches.
Glen Allen Station ---
There was about 3.5 inches of old snow on the ground when this storm started and 4.5 inches of new snow fell on the 5th but rain melted much of the new snow.
Then the colder air on the back side of the storm turned the rain back into snow and another 6.6 inches fell on Feb. 6th for a total of 12.1 inches.
