Remarks for the Time Period
1     2130 hrs.   T  T  25.1  The snow has just started as can be see on the sky mirror. The flakes are very small and just a very light snow flurries.
2     2230 hrs.   T  T  23.3  Still just light snow flurries. Currently the basic snow form is broken and irregular particles and rarely seen single crystals.
3     2330 hrs.   T  T  21.9  Snow is evaporating as it falls through this very dry air and cooling the air in the process. Still only light snow flurries and in the past 15 minutes the snow has all but stopped.
4     2400 hrs.   0.1  0.01  21.7  The snowfall is so light and the radar shows that the next hour will have little snow also. So this will be the last observation until morning.
0630 hrs.   1.0  0.08  21.7  A very light snow has continued since midnight and has more than a ten to one ratio. The curent liquid to water content ratio is 1 to 12.5.
6     0730 hrs.   1.2  0.10  21.5  The snow rate has increased some and there are a few small aggregate flakes are now mixed with the finer crystals.
7     0830 hrs.   1.3  0.12  22.3  The snow rate was very light again this past hour.
8     0930 hrs.   1.4  0.13  23.3  The snow rate continues to be extremely light. Currently snow grains are falling which is the equivalent of frozen drizzle. This will end observations as no additional accumulations are expected.
9     1030 hrs.   1.4  0.14  24.5  Mainly snow flurries this past hour and not enough added accumulation to up the total.
10     1130 hrs.   1.4  0.14  26.4  The snowfall has stopped and has changed to a freezing drizzle this past hour. The freezing rain continued very light until 0300 of February 16 and gave almost 0.1 inches of ice. This melted rapidly as the temperature was in the 50's by 0625 a very rapid temperature increase.
