Remarks for the Time Period
0      0410 hrs.   T  0.04  34.7  Rain turned to snow earlier but the temperature has now fallen enough that the snow is beginning to stick on the snow board.
1      0510 hrs.   0.1  0.06  33.9   A light snow continues but is still only sticking to colder surfaces. There is only 0.1 inches of slush on the snow board but the temperature has dropped 0.8°F the past hour.
2      0610 hrs.   0.1  0.07  34.4  Looking at the radar and with the temperature rise of 0.5°F the past hour the 0.1 inch of slush maybe the greatest accumulation. The snow isn't even sticking to the deck just the sky mirror and cars and the coldest of surfaces. So little snow and so warm it was only measureable on an elevated snowboard as the ground was so warm.
