   0      1500 hrs.    Trace   Trace   33.9   Very light snow flurries during the past 15 minutes.
   1      1600 hrs.    Trace   Trace  32.5   Still very light flurries and the snow is still melting on most surfaces but sticking to the sky mirror.
   2      1700 hrs.    0.1   Trace  31.9   Light snow that just began to stick at 1630. Snow not sticking to the street yet but sticking to shaded parts of the driveway.

  11    Dec-26th          DECEMBER 26, 2010
  12    0700 hrs.    2.4   0.19   28.6   Snow was extremely light during the early morning hours with only 0.2 inches since midnight. The snow we have gotten so far is mostly from overrunning but the coastal low is now forming and it will move up the coast today. The snowfall should increase again around 0930 because of the coastal low movement up the coast.
  13    0810 hrs.    2.5   0.20   28.2   Very Light snow.
  14    0900 hrs.    2.6   0.21   28.0   Very Light snow.
  15    1000 hrs.    2.9   0.23   28.2   Snowfall rate has increased some but is still considered light. It looks like the snow total will be less than 4.5 inches for West Henrico Co. - Glen Allen area as the storm seems to be moving northward at a faster rate than first anticipated.
  16    1100 hrs.    3.2   --   28.3   Snowfall rate has increased some but is still considered light.
  17    1200 hrs.    3.3   ---   28.8   The back edge of the precipitation is now moving eastward and near the west edge of Pohatan Co.
  18    1300 hrs.    3.3   0.26   29.2   Snow is over except for flurries. Snow was melted and the total water content was 0.26 inches or the snow to water ratio was 12.7 to one.
