     0815 hrs.    0.0   0.65   38   Rain and snow mixed
0830 hrs.    0.0   0.70   36.6   Mostly snow now falling at a moderate rate

1000 hrs.    0.9   0.81   30.8   Temperature now below freezing and snow continues at a moderate to heavy rate.
1030 hrs.    1.5   0.84   28.0   Heavy snow with wind gust to 29 mph this past half hour. The amount of liquid precip. is not correct this past hour as I found the heat source wasn't keeping up with the snowfall rate. This will be corrected in the next observation as the heat source was increased! Even with the warm day yesterday the snow is now sticking to sidewalks and starting to stick to the edge of the street.
1100 hrs.    1.9   0.92   26.4   Heavy snow this past half hour and one of my anemometers froze up in this past half hour. The sidewalks are covered now and the street is getting slush on it.
1130 hrs.    2.1   0.95   25.9   Light snow now but the temperature is still falling. The wind has had gust up to 19 mph during the last half hour.
1200 hrs.    2.2   0.96   25.5   Light snow now but the temperature is still falling. The wind has had gust up to 18 mph during the last half hour. The next observation will be taken at 1300 hours as the snow is very light now.
1300 hrs.    2.2   0.96   25.5   Flurries ended around 1215 and there was no additional accumulation and the temperature is well below freezing. The high temperature today was 58.7F at 0036 this morning. The temperature range today is already 33F, and EQUALED the 25 year maximum temperature range record for the date; the old record was set in 1995. This is the last observation for this snowfall.
