   3      1200 hrs.    0.5   0.05   32.1   Snow continues to melt as it falls on cement walks and streets and the temperature is above freezing now. Snow is being measured on a snowboard. Flakes are larger this past hour falling as aggregates of many crystals.
   4      1300 hrs.    0.9   0.08   32.0   Flakes are large and falling as aggregates of many crystals. Snowfall rate should increase in the next hour.
   5      1400 hrs.    1.6   0.14   32.0   Flakes are large and falling as aggregates of many crystals. Snow rate was moderate during the past hour and snow is sticking on cement walks and starting to stick to streets.
   6      1500 hrs.    2.2   0.20   32.1   Moderate to heavy snow this past hour and the back streets are now white with snow. Currently the flakes are aggregates and the snowfall intensity is moderate to heavy.

   9      1800 hrs.    2.6   0.32   31.7   Snow has currently stopped and not enough snow to measure this past hour but a heavier band of precip. is still south of Annandale and headed northward but slower than expected last hour.
  10    1900 hrs.    3.3   0.34   31.4   Snowing so hard this pass hour that the heater hasn't melted all the snow in the guage so the liquid amount is more than recorded here but the auxiliary heat source was put on and will catch up by the next hour.

              Some snow flurries occurred until 0230 of March 1st but with no additional accumulation.
